Internships

Every year we host university students over the summer months in Taranaki.  Our interns are provided with a project brief that matches their skills and interests. They spend their summer break working on the project, under the guidance of our talented team. They also participate in a range of training sessions, along with field visits, volunteer mahi and a Taranaki experience.

You'll find us at University Careers Fairs across the motu, with applications typically opening in May/June each year.

Apprenticeships

Every couple of years we reach into our communities to bring more good energy into our team, by employing apprentices in technology and trade roles.  Our apprentices are supported to complete their qualification, whilst earning the living wage and working alongside our experienced team.

We also expose our rangatahi to what is possible through work experience and school visits.
