Mark Ratcliffe is a highly skilled and experienced Director who has worked for more than 20 years in the telecommunications industry.
As well as being Chair of the Clarus Board he holds current appointments on Te Aranga Alliance, Kaibosh Food Rescue, ikeGPS and WilliamsWarn. He was previously a Director at 2degrees and Housing New Zealand.
Mark was Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Chorus Ltd, both as an independent listed entity and whilst under Telecom New Zealand (now Spark).
Prior to telecommunication, Mark worked in senior accounting, IT, project management and consulting roles in England and New Zealand. As well as being an accomplished manager of large multi-disciplinary teams, he has extensive regulatory experience and is well connected with both regulators and policy makers that determine regulatory policy.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Accounting, Huddersfield University, England (1981). He is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors.
