Kellie is passionate about putting people at the centre of an organisation and has enjoyed being able to do this in a variety of industries both within NZ and internationally.
She joined Clarus in July 2019 in the role of General Manager, People and Culture. In 2022 her role expanded to General Manager People, Safety and Sustainability.
Kellie has a real passion for customer centred design and continuous improvement which flows through to her approach to HR safety and sustainability. Kellie combines curiosity with a focus on people to ensure Clarus continues to be a fantastic place to work and where people genuinely live the Clarus TIGER values.
Kellie has a Bachelor of Commerce – Management (Hons), Bachelor of Arts – Psychology, and a Diploma of Graduates in Marketing, from the University of Otago. In recent years she has also undertaken Executive education at Stanford University focusing on design thinking and large-scale cultural change.
Kellie lives in Wellington with her husband and two children, and their very timid Cavoodle.
